Please not that We are practising professionals and are often in consultation with clients or giving treatments. If no one is available to answer your call we offer a call back service so please leave a message as your call is important to us.


All information provided on this site, over the phone, via email and on our product labels relating to the use of our products is intended as guidance only. If you are in any doubt about the use of any products please discuss your personal needs in face-to-face consultation with a professional Medical or Vetinary in your area before using the products. We aim to give you as much information and guidance as possible however in accordance with government legislation none of the information we provide should be considered specific to your personal circumstances and all information provided should be considered as general guidance only.

All information provided on this site, over the phone, via email and on our product labels in relation to the treating of people or animals is intended purely as a guide and we strongly recommend running small scale tests before undertaking any further treatment.

Due to no official clinical trials within the UK Natures neem and its staff offer only guidence via communication of any kind and that of text written on our website. Many trials in European countries and various universitys throughout the world have been used in providing treatment guidelines and is in no way given as official medical or vetinary evidence in any form what so ever and by making a purchase or recieving guidence you are agreeing in full that Natures Neem and the staff of natures neem will not be held responsible or liable in any way.


Please use our online shopping facility to ensure that the total for your order is correct and that any postage charges, special offers and discounts have been properly applied as we cannot dispatch you goods until we have received and cleared a cheque for the total value of your order. If you supply us with an email address we will send you a confirmation of receipt of your order, otherwise please allow for at least 5 working days for receipt and clearance of your cheque before your order is processed.

European Orders
Postage to Europe is not permitted as of yet but we plan to bring this into effect as soon as possible

Non-Deliveries
If your order is lost in the post we will send you a replacement according to the timescale designated by the chosen courier for items to be considered lost. If your order is damaged we will send you replacements for the damaged items immediately.

If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information being supplied to us by you or through the goods being otherwise undeliverable through no fault of our own we may, subject to discretion, charge a redelivery cost equivalent to the cost of redelivery + a 20% administration fee. Please ensure that you give us correct postal information and that you accept delivery or collect your items in a timely manner to avoid redelivery costs.
Delivery Schedule We usually dispatch orders in 2-4 working days. The delivery schedule is as per the terms and conditions of the chosen courier. As an indication:

Royal Mail Second Class - 5-8 working days
Royal Mail First Class - 3-5 working days
Special Delivery/ Courier - next working day

International 3-12 working days depending on location.

All orders are sent with proof of postage and insurance. If you do not receive your order within the stated times please contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, resend your order. Please note that all deliveries are made via 3 parties and are subject to their terms and conditions. Although we make our best efforts to get your order to you as quickly as possible we are not able to guarantee levels of delivery service and timescales for delivery.

If we are aware of any delays in delivery times we will contact you immediately. You may cancel your order without cost up to the point that you recieve confirmation that your order has been processed and dispatched. Once an order has been processed you may return the goods as described in the Returns Policy section of our Terms and Conditions. To cancel or return goods please contact us via any of the methods described in the About Us section of our Terms and Conditions quoting your order number.
Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop and add items to your shopping bag. Then once you're happy with your selection click on 'Checkout' and you will be taken through the checkout to complete the order.

We accept all major credit and debit cards Via PayPal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to send.

Once your order has been received we will send you confirmation. This confirmation does not indicate that a contract exists between us it is purely to let you know that we have received your order. Once your order has been processed we will send you an invoice which will then constitue a contract. Our website is updated on a regular basis and since we are only human we have included this term to protect us in the the event that any pricing mistakes have been made, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the rare case of a change of price, we will always contact you to let you know and confirm you wish to go ahead before we proceed with the order.

Please note that we have found that some email packages send our confirmation receipts to a junk mail folder and would advise you to check your junk mail folder if you have contacted us or ordered products. Natures Neem do not send junk mail (aka spam) and will only contact you when you ask us to or when it is necessary as part of a transaction or via our newsletter. To mark mail from Natures Neem as safe and not junk mail, follow the instructions in your email package. This will usually involve right clicking a message from us and from the list of options that appear selecting 'Add Domain/Sender to Safe List'.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All prices include VAT at the standard rate where applicable. VAT on postage is charged on a pro rata basis according to the proportion of the total value of goods you have ordered that are eligible for VAT.
Credit Card Security To help guarantee your safety and peace of mind Natures Neem employ specific, up-to-the-minute security, fraud prevention to protect our site and our customers. These services are supplied via PayPal
Guarantee We are committed to providing you with an excellent service. To make a complaint or if you have any suggestions on how we can improve our service please contact us using any of the methods described in the About Us section of our Terms and Conditions. Any comments or complaints you make are treated in the strictest confidence and will be dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Returns Policy Damaged goods will be replaced with any reasonable return postage costs refunded - proof of posting costs will be required. All our goods are posted insured. Where goods are damaged in transit you may be asked to provide information to help us reclaim our costs.

Unopened, unused goods returned within 7 working days will be refunded. Subject to discretion we may refund any reasonable return postage costs - proof of posting costs will be required. Subject to discretion, we reserve the right to deduct reasonable postage costs from the refund.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods provided we offer money back gurantee provided you have taken any advice given and instructions

If you wish to return goods please contact us immediately quoting your order number and where appropriate the reasons for return.

For custom orders, i.e. orders not available via our website but put together on request (usually for large quantities or larger sizes of expensive oils), once an invoice has been issued all these orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if cancelled. The restocking fee covers the time and cost of preparing a custom order and ordering in goods to fulfil the order.
